Mindfulness Moments in 10 Minutes is a simple, accessible wellbeing programme designed for schools to help pupils pause, breathe, and reset in just ten minutes a day. Each session blends mindfulness, gentle movement, and reflection through themed daily practices – Meditation Monday, Tune-In Tuesday, Wellbeing Wednesday, Thoughtful Thursday, and Flow Friday. Developed by UK YOGA, it supports emotional regulation, focus, and resilience, helping young people build lifelong tools for calm, confidence, and connection.
